You can see us about any physical or mental health concern, whether it’s a new symptom, a long-term condition, or general health advice. We’ll assess your particular concern, carry out tests, prescribe medication, or refer you to a specialist if needed. No concern is too small – often we can simply give you the peace of mind you might be looking for.

Continuity of care is important, and we make it a priority. Even if we refer you to a specialist for further diagnosis or treatment, we’ll continue to oversee your care throughout, so you’ll always have a familiar, friendly face supporting you along the way.

Yes. Registered patients can request prescriptions without visiting the surgery unless they are due for a checkup in which case we will invite you to book a face-to-face appointment or a phone consultation. Afterwards, your prescription can be collected, posted to you, or sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy.

If you’re an existing patient, you can also request repeat prescriptions via email. Just send us the medication name, dose, and quantity and the name of your chosen pharmacy. We’ll take care of everything else.

Yes. Home visits are an important part of the personalised care we provide and, depending on your location, the doctors will do everything possible to provide care that suits you. Arrangements for home visits are always at the doctor’s discretion.
